I got a call from MGS Ford for insurance renewal and they convinced me to get it renewed and collected the cheque from my office. They never communicated or sent any information regarding cheque but when I went there for claim they told me about invalidty of my police due to bounced cheque.Now my vehicle is damaged and I am not liable to get my damage and repair claimed under policy. It's huge loss just because of their irresponsibility....

sir i was driving my ford figo on the road of lucknow and due to heavy fog i met with an accident and i saved but the chamber of engine part get stucked with a big stone got damaged and all engine oil flowed out in my absence of knowledge..
