Hi,
I have applied for the Mhada konkan lottery 2021. And did the payment of Rupees 10560/- using UPI QR code which is debited from my account but on the mhada site is still showing me Payment Not Received. I have been trying to call them on their helpline number but either they don't have network or always busy or no one has answered the phone even if it rings.

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Complaint regarding the online payment issue.
I applied for MHADA KONKAN LOTTERY 2021, for which i made an online payment through UPI option, QR scan the payment was debited from my account on 25/09/2021
But then when i log back in on the mahada website the on application status it still shows Payment Not Received.

Please refer to this issue and revert back on it asap and provide...

Mhada — Payment not reflecting
I have applied for MHADA KONKAN LOTTERY2021. I have made online payment through UPI option. The payment was debited from my account on 20/09/2021 but the application status still shows Payment Not Received. My Application number is [protected] Please advice and update status of my application, i am trying to contact mhada but they are not available on there helpline number also...
