Hi,
I have applied for the Mhada konkan lottery 2021. And did the payment of Rupees 10560/- using UPI QR code which is debited from my account but on the mhada site is still showing me Payment Not Received. I have been trying to call them on their helpline number but either they don't have network or always busy or no one has answered the phone even if it rings.

I request you to kindly look into it and resolve this issue.
I would like to get my money back since they are not responding to anything!
