non-payment of security deposit
i started a franchisee store of live in jeans(micro-tex india ltd.) and gave them 7.5lacs as security deposits , for which we had an agreement that it will be refunded at the time of closure of the store.
its been 2 years since company has closed the store but still i have not recieved the amount. still over 3 lac is balance . i have been calling them every day from the past two years. but no one even the owner of the company also...

i resigned my job few months ago. But till date the company people refusing to give me my PF a/c no. and details of provident fund. But in my salary slip they deducted my pf amount. i want to clear my doubt whether they are paying...
