I approached the bank and fought for the procedure to be followed.
Later today ifound my account validated by bank - and now the payment is ready to be sent to pfms.

So move and fight for your rights- otherwise these carless, idiotic people who care less for your scholarship will never wake up and understand the need of the poor and needy students....
