Moma Scholarship — moma is rejected due to minority declaration not attach

my application id is -T2014FmhM04148 and my name is zainul abedeen ab. samad. date of birth is[protected], and my fathers annual income is-60000p/a. .my bank account no is -[protected]... .sir for 2nd year fee i really need money .and i donnt know why my application is rejected due to minority declaration is not attach ..but i attached all document which are needed.. please help me.please reply what can i do.. can i send all documents with principal`s letter to address ---Directorate Of Technical Education, Maharashtra State, Mumbai 3, Mahapalika Marg, Post Box No.1967, Opp Metro Cinema Mumbai 400 00 please help me ...and reply
