I have ordered order#MS-476508 on Dec 27, I am not getting any reply from them nor the right status of tracking. Tracking at picker shows it was tried to be picked many times and is cancelled. My delivery was first on Jan 5, then changed to Jan 15, then to Jan 20 and now it shows Jan 23. There is no reply or confirmation my product ordered will be delivered. I feel like I have been cheated for this much money. Please do the needful to help...

I have ordered for rose and beetroot facepack in offer of buy 2 and pay for 1 . When I received delivery there was only one facepack in sealed box.

Mother sparsh has provided the tracking for Pickrr.com. but My tracking number is WSPP[protected] of Ekart Courier. Order ID MS-293128.

My shipment was created on 29th April 2022 at 12:25pm and expected to be delivered on 02 May 2022. However, I have not yet received my delivery yet. and there is no update on the website also.

Kindly provide me with the relevant information at the earliest.
