Hello, i am availing the service of direct2home delivery of packaged drinking water by mount kailash for almost an year. I called the company's help desk ([protected]) on sunday 16th april. The lady executive assured me the delivery no delivery has been done that day, i even called them next day still no response from them, it is 18th april today and yet no delivery has arrived. Such kind of company shouldn't exist....

I have been mount Kailash direct water supply customer for last 2 months.now I am feeling like cheated.I have been regularly calling them for water supply for last three days but no response is given by them.they assured me next day service when I registered with them but now situation is that I m not even getting service on my delivery day and told to wait for 2 days more. They even not bother about service nor client.please make a solution...
