Don't have manner to talk. Staff have too much ego they directly abuse to people sexual abuse comment passing. I don't know that guy name who abused us but truely bad exp.

On 23/09/18,
I had booked my movie ticket of stree of time 16:55. Audi 2, hall is smelling very badly, air conditioner not working fully and seats are damaged.
I had complained to manager but no action taken and no refund provided.

Hi Team,
I had booked 5 tickets for 21 May 2017 (movie - Hindi Medium, 7.45 show, seats F2 - F6)
It is sad to inform you that, all the resources of Movietime Pitampura are worst
AC was not working- all the customers were sweating, Mr. Rajiv Verma (Manager onsite informed) and Mr. Vikas (Maintenance head) both of them were so rude and took no action to resolve AC issue.
Seats were broken and was not comfortable...

Today on 7 may we went to see movie in movie times. After interval there ac was not working and this make hall so suffocating that my children want to leave and they charge 30/ extra for very dirty and bad 3d spacs. When i asked to complaint no body in hall was come as a responsible person. No manager... Nothing

Today we are sitting and seeing movie bajrangi bhaijaan at movietime pitam pura, hall no3 seat no j14, 15, 16.to our dismy we found seats are broken and there is no hand rest.when asked they told mai kuch nahi kar sakta.
This is the attitude towards customer and clenliness is horrible.i am nt going come again here.though its our basic rights to have ac working, seats comfurtable and cleanliness....

I recently went for movie on 27th April 2012 named Avengers in Movie Time Pitampura,i purchased two ticket and along with ticket they gave me small chit called coupon mentioning Rs 100 for 1 cold drink and a pop corn though in ticket this 100 Rs was not mentioned.
Breakup of payment i made :
cost of 2 ticket Rs 240 + Coupon charge Rs 100 = Rs 340
When refused to take coupon then they...
