Movie Time, Pitampura — Ac not working, 3d space very dirty

Today on 7 may we went to see movie in movie times. After interval there ac was not working and this make hall so suffocating that my children want to leave and they charge 30/ extra for very dirty and bad 3d spacs. When i asked to complaint no body in hall was come as a responsible person. No manager... Nothing

Only cashiers and guards who treat viewers very badly were there

What step should be taken against this.?
To whom should i complaint??
