Hi,

i have ordered a book (Let The Right One In) at nbcindia.com on 5th February with order number NBC[protected]. and on 10th Feb they updated the status as ready to refund. on 11th February, i have sent a mail for the cancellation of the order and refund, still the amount in not refunded. no one are receiving the calls on their contact number. the amount i paid is 315 rupees and it is still not refunded.

I have placed an order in www.nbcindia.com for a book. Order no : NBC[protected] on oct 13th.

Its already 10 days, and there is no sign of product being shipped. This is the worst website I have seen in my life. Please dont buy anything in this website.

I NEVER WILL HAVE BUSINESS WITH NBCINDIA.COM. Reasons as follows:
When I ordered through nbcindia.com around 7.00pm, after making payment, I got just its home page without any order information. Fortunately, my bank has sent immediately an SMS to my mobile about the deduction of amount. NBCIndia.com takes customer calls only upto 6.00pm. Since, I had a proof of payment via SMS, I sent mail to customer service. There was no response....

I have placed an order With nbcindia.com With Order Ref ID:-NBC[protected] for the book "THE BEST OF ANITA DESAI" and paid by credit card on 28th September and the delivery date promised was by 8th October 2012.

I am yet to receive the book. The customer care never picks up the call and the only time they took my call, they promised me to call back with complete information which they did not keep.

Please...

I had contacted the customer team at NBCindia.com numerous times and informed them to dispatch a bulk order when required here on urgent basis. The customer service team including payal took the call first and then later on disconnected the line twice eventhough I am calling from abroad.

They are the least bothered about attending to their customers and if at all they transfer the call, the next person says that somebody is...

I had ordered a book (paperback edition) from nbcindia.com portal on 9th September 2009. The payment was made by cheque. The amount was credited to Gaura books Ltt. Delhi. I am seeing he status on their website "payment received but not dispatch" for almost last 2 months. I could not speak to them and the two customer service numbers given are all fake. No body picks up the phone. I have sent many emails to [protected]@nbcindia.com...

I made a purchase on 12th Oct (order no:84884) which was mentioned (and still is) on the site as a 'shipped within 24 hrs' item. However, as of today the status still remains 'approved not dispatched'. I had called up earlier and got to know that the book was out of stock and was promised that the status would be updated in 24 hrs. Days have passed since.
It would be my sincere request to the nbcindia team that...

The cheque was issued from PNB Solan. It was a at par cheque.
It is sad that they have credited a payment of Rs 335/-...
