I NEVER WILL HAVE BUSINESS WITH NBCINDIA.COM. Reasons as follows:
When I ordered through nbcindia.com around 7.00pm, after making payment, I got just its home page without any order information. Fortunately, my bank has sent immediately an SMS to my mobile about the deduction of amount. NBCIndia.com takes customer calls only upto 6.00pm. Since, I had a proof of payment via SMS, I sent mail to customer service. There was no response. When I called 2-3 times (Not via toll free - those calls ate Rs20/-), I was given Order No. and which was then added to my account after 3 days. They said, they will ship in another 5 days. Already I have waited 4 days and still I have to wait 8 days. Totally, It seems, product that we order will reach in 15days. Where as I get products as promised by Flipkart.com and sapnaonline.com when I ordered. For the some unavailable items in flipkart.com, I tried nbcindia.com but my bp shooted up. I will never have any business with NBCindia.com. Was this information helpful? |
