Courier sent on 3rd Oct to Vizag and to-day is 7th Oct and still not delivered. We received a mail yesterday from your end admitting the mistake that the courier has wrongly sent to Kakinada and it will be delivered to-day at Vizag (7th Oct). Now, we have got a mail stating that the courier has reached Hyderabad and will be delivered soon.
Do understand that our business has impacted on account of this...

I have bought Nestle Nestum stage 3 baby cereal on 14 feb 2014 from Medplus medical shop. when opened the pack to feed the baby, found white color worms and webs mixed in power.
This pack was manufactured on Sep 2015 and expired on sep 2016...

This is clear cheating case as their system is not working and when we send the sms rs. 3 is charged.For 23 rs. packet near about 30 rs. we have lost by calling to complain about the system failure on their consumer services no.Several times we have tried to send the sms as we regularly buy this'Maggi Pazzta' but the same thing happens.When asked to refund the amount cut unnecessarily they strictly denied and never contacted back.My request...

It is announced in papers and declared by Tahashildar and labor commissioner to announce holiday on zilla panchayat and tallok panchayat election but company HR peoples are denying to give us holiday to cast our votes this supposed to be questioned by election commision. since we people working in low profile we cannot rise our voice against it...
