I requested to shift the broadband connection to a new address and today one week passed no one visited my place even for wiring. Whenever I contact a customer service person, told me that they forward and highlight my request to the concerned department and I'll get a reply shortly.

I didn't use my internet for the last 7 days but I am sure they will ask me to pay for these 7 days too....

I am not able to get my payment receipt, tried calling their customer service also but nothing helped. Kindly assist....

I paid bill 3 days ago but netplus is not activating my account. Bill was paid through ICICI and they also confirmed the payment was received to netplus....

I want to register a complaint about Netplus broadband company because my connection is not working from the last 6-7 days and I have not provided any solution from them till date.. From the last 6 days my routers LOS light is glowing and the moment internet comes back it gives 1kbps speed.
I have been calling from 23/6 to 29/6 regularly and they are just providing some otps and no technical support to me.
