Everytime I pay for my prepaid bill for wifi. The poor customer service arose here. I am very disappointed with the support system of netplus. They did not support early. Everytime they harrass their customers. Even if we pay before the due date then also it does not reflect payment confirmation or account activation on time. If we pay after some hours of monthly subscription due date then also the payment does not reflect on netplus. Despite the multiple calls for help they everytime assure for 2 hours time. That after that time payment will be confirmed they never confirm payment on time. From 2-3 monthes they activate account late and deactive it before full time of 30 days. They deactive account before 4-5 hours or 8 hours or 10 to 12 hours before the full time of activation of the monthly subscription of broadband or wifi. Mo.
