I am writing this complaint against the NIMS University. Actually on APRIL 3, 2023 I took admission in NIMS University by paying the registration amount of 10000/-. Later on due to some family issues I was unable to make continue my studies in the University so I called them explained them about my problem and they agreed to my problem. After that I asked about the refund then they told me that they'll provide me the refund...

I'm Priya Rajpurohit. I got admission in BaLLB program at Nims. I paid Rs. 11000. I cancelled my admission within 15 days. Since that day I was trying to get a proper response from them that how should I proceed or what's the status of my refund process. Everyone is saying they'll give me a call back but it's been more than 6 months and no action has been taken. I'm trying to get my money since October. There management is too irresponsible....

I have taken admission and paid the 5000 admission fees but later j decided to cancel my admission, iam calling them from last 2 months but they always postpone my query

And according to UGC, we can claim refund till 31 at October...
