My wife and I are avid users of your products, however I cannot stand by and say nothing when I believe your company amongst others is getting involved in what I believe is shocking behaviour, especially so when you are doing so against another company who to my knowledge has done your company no harm.

I have placed an order of Nivia Dominator Football on COD mode and got the product by 19th November 2018. The outer surface of the ball has broken the very next day (20/11/2018), after one game. So I kindly request you the do the needful.
