I had booked relocation services between Greater Noida West, UP to Visakhapatnam, AP with NoBroker Technologies Solutions Private Limited for 30/07/2022. The package was expected to be delivered in 6-12 days from the start date. My relocation was insured by IFFCO TOKYO up to 2 lakhs. The insurance certificate received had incorrect source location and destination mentioned. I immediately escalated to NoBroker about the same on email.

Made payment of 45000 through nobroker app via credit card but transaction failed amount debit and haven’t received refund and I don’t have any transaction id or any mail from NoBroker that i made transaction on their app and bank is demanding proof or transaction id....
