MY CELL HAS BEEN BOUNCED BACK THRICE AFTER REPITITIVE COMPLAINT THERE IS NO REGARDS PAID FROM NOKIA TOWARDS REPLACING MY HANDSET.

Dear sir/madam,
With due respect I want to inform you that i have purchased N 70 Music phone in the month of May 2008 & I have problems in its back cover
I have given my Nokia N70 Music Edition handset to Nokia Care service centre at paonta sahib on date 17.09.2008 for repairing it (just have its back cover loose problem). which I have not received it yet.Whenever I visit the centre for it they just tell one week...
