The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. pan status check showing 'sorry, no record found'
Sir/madam,
I have applied for new pan card on 18th october 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement no. N-[protected]. On completion of the process i have received message like below.
"thank you for using online facility for pan application.
If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."
But when i checked my application...
I have applied for new pan card on 18th october 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement no. N-[protected]. On completion of the process i have received message like below.

N - [protected] avani deep sharma issued slip by agent on[protected] till dated 10.07.2017 i didn't received my pan card. Please send it as soon as possible if have any reason to send me details regarding pan card i will solve your concern but send it fast.
