They are not delivering my order. Payment is made and no one is even bothering to respond to compaints and all replies are computer generated. Looks like a fraud company....

Order are still not dispatched order placed on 17 June..doing purchasing with your company is very risky as there's no customer support also my 4200 rs is stuck with you..I Only get computer generated messages.No pint of contact no reply from company many mail sent to them to know dispatch status it seemed they took money and they are fraud...

This is one of the largest companies that ostensibly does plant deliveries all over the country. I've used them before, and while they never had the highest quality plants, they at least delivered the order.

They've not pivoted to a purely theft-driven model. They literally take your money, have no customer care number, don't respond to emails and their chat service is a joke - they promise the order will be dispatched in 24-48...

I had placed an order for plants online bearing OrderNo. NLV [protected] on May 9 th, 2021. Despite repeated reminders and requests through e mail and live chat there was no response from nursery live . There is no customer care contact number on which one can speak to an executive regarding the complaint.
If the order cannot be fulfilled then the money should be returned to the source account .
Kindly look into...
