I had placed an order for plants online bearing OrderNo. NLV [protected] on May 9 th, 2021. Despite repeated reminders and requests through e mail and live chat there was no response from nursery live . There is no customer care contact number on which one can speak to an executive regarding the complaint.
If the order cannot be fulfilled then the money should be returned to the source account .
Kindly look into the matter . I shall be highly obliged.
