This complain is regarding automax ltd. Which almost goes to closed. We done service and calibration work in february 2017, all bills submitted with received mail to us, tds certificate has sent us in june month. Now all contact persons left from automax ltd. Mr. S. K. Jangra directed me to payment related complaints to you. Please kindly released our payment as earliest.

PF amount not received after 10 months

Dear Sir,
My Company OMAX AUTOS Ltd has submitted the form for transfer my PF money to my bank account. Form submitted on March 2011, My PF account number is HR/GGN/25595/964, but I did not received my provident fund money. Its already 10 months and online it tells "Your claim is UNDER PROCESS".
Hence i request you to look into the matter and help me in getting my amount.
