I have ordered the flowers and chocolates as gift of valentine Day on 14-Feb-2017 with same day delivery.
My Order Id is: 68210
Before placing the order I have contacted with customer care asked about the same day delivery, the executive say we can deliver upto 8PM.
But the order is not yet delivered. I tried to reach out the customer care, but Phone No is not reachable....

i spoke with rep miss sonia on 1st dec, was promised to deliever cake flower and a mug before 9th dec to gopalpur, orissa. payment incl rs300 dlvry charges were paid by me via credit card much in advance. on the dlvry date the rep called saying the mug will be delayed by few hours, since its been sent by courier from delhi. very poor quality flowers without wrapping the bunch as shown on website were dlvrd alongwith poor quality cake. the...
