Today I visited Satapada (Puri) along with my family. 6--7 kms before Satapada, a hoarding was placed indicating a narrow road to Dolphin Centre. I met one travel agent who showed me rate chart of boating ranging from 3000 to 7200, issued by Govt of Odisha. I booked a boat for Rs 4600 for my family of six. I learnt later that the rate is actually Rs 1200 and there are no of touts who have been running such false travel agencies for years.br...

Worst experience till now of gopalpur pantha niwas odisha, had booked cottage for two days spend almost 6600, but in return i got worst experience, dirty linen, worst service, pathetic things around, denied to serve in room, denied for cleaning in time and many more things, no covid protocol followed, complaint letter attached
I know in behalf of this i ll get a apology mail but what my money and time wasted kindly answer...

Sir I booked sight seeing tour from puri odissa to be held on 31st December, 2021 from panthaniwas having paid an amount of Rs. 1605/- for 3 seats. The tour was cancelled by the authority later. But I have not been issued refund online or offline as was informed. I want to get my booking amount refund....

Sir, we booked tour bus by otdc ho refund no. T-[protected] on dated 15/03/2020 bhubaneswar sight seeing & t-[protected] on dated 19/03/2020 from puri to chilika by bus in this regarding otdc tour cancelled & face many problems regarding tour cancelled by otdc & contact to otdc number but no response. Kindly make arrange refund our amount already write to mail but no reply. Both bookings are online.

I have booked two seats in OTDC controlled chilka site seeing tour in Puri 3 days ago on 13th april'17. Type of vehicle was good but there was no pick up service though it was written in the information sheet. More over due to very bad management we had missed a visit a museum at chilka lake. There was no guide provided with us, dirver was acting as guide but it was not up to the mark.
