The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Non delivery of study material

I am student of B.A.- I in USOL, Panjab University, Chandigarh. My enrollment number is 6095. I does not receive any study material till date. Despite of my various requests to the concerned university authorities and told me that study material of all classes has been despatched but I am sorry to point out that I have not receive any study material. Please look intio the matter and solve my problem.

Hi my name is gagandeep
16/5/2011 i have appointment for my teeth scaling , when i have my number the light is out of order . and when i asked what is this they told if when we scaling any person and light gone they told kindly take ur next appointment ,
they have no backup plans to controlled this situation.
even they have 2 generators arroung the buildling .
then i think this is india...
