I have applied for renewal of my passport 22nd November 2010 to Passport Office, Bhubaneswar and police enquiry has been done on Jan-Feb, 2011from my local Police Station (Nayapalli). I have applied passport more then 1 year before and the police varification is also done. The special branch verification is also done. The letter no 18397/VR(SB) date: 27/06/2008 and 10600/VR date: 29/04/2009. I have also sent a registered letter to the passport officer by post on 03/06/2009 with receipt no: 4683 to know my status, which I didn't get any reponse yet.
