My son Ansuman Patra applied for pass port on 28.11.11 the file number of which is BHU A 039539 11, DOB 14.04.89. In the last week of April 2012 police verification has been completed. In the 1st week of May when I enquired it's status online, I got a message i.e. (Pass port has been granted and will be delivered on 16.05.2012 subject to verification of documents. Accordingly I expected to receive the pass port with in 3rd week of May. But it did not reach. Again I enquired the status in the last week of May and again got the same sterio type massage that "Pass port will be delivered on 24.06.2012. and the same message is continuing till date.
Hence I request your judicious self to kindly take the matter with appropriate forum to despatch the pass port at the earliest.
