This is pavan kumar from BTM layout Bangalore, I saw...

I bought IFB washing machine (EXECUTIVE ELLITE) here in Tirupati, 1 years back, I encountered the problem after using it for about 10-12 months, the timer was not working, so during the washing period, the machine did not rotated,even though it takes water and then it pushes away from outlet.It was still under warranty. So,please respond to my complaint immediately to avoid inconvenience for the forthcoming festival..... regard, s.pavan...
