I placed an order of a Pearl set on www.hyderabadonlineflorists.com on 2 Aug 12 with Order No [protected], Payment ID :[protected] and cost Rs 899.00. The Order was to be delivered on 03Aug 12. But it has not been delivered by 03 Aug 12. I also tried on their helpline No [protected], but it is always busy and if by chance got connected then in waiting only. I am unable to talk to any customer care executive. There is no other email...

I have received a SMS stating for Redemption of Pearl Set worth MRP. Rs. 2500/- only towards taxes, insurance and Handling charges. the Item will be sent by post and you need to pay at the time of delivery. If you agree to pay Rs. 525/- SMS your complete address.
Twice I have sent my address details to 5667745 then to I did not got the same.
After 1 month I got sms where they told unable to redeem your pearl...

I received a message by the name BA-Lucky saying that i have won a pearle set worth Rs. 2500 and for its redemption, i have to reply and confirm by writing "LUCKY" on 56263042. I replied on it but i didnot get any reply and my money was deducted.
I want some strict action to be taken against such malpractices

I was shocked to see the quality that they have provided. the pearl set consists of a watch and that is of a quality which even child dont like to have it. This was the first time shopping from rediff and it is embrassing. I have also tried to contact on the net to lodged complaints but was unable to do that as it...
