I bought Asus K555LB-DM500D order no. [protected] on 20th Jan 2016 from paytm via penniful.in. They haven't mentioned any cashback since then. I reported missing cashback several times yet there is no cashback acknowledged. This is not acceptable. I request necessary measures to be taken at the earliest. I have opened my pennyful account 20days ago and there was 840₹ pending flipkart gift card when i had opened my pennyful account today there is only 699₹ pending gift card what happened to remaining 141₹ ...plz solve my issue soon.....

Hello,
Please do the needful.
I did lot of shopping from pennyful.in and before they used to give me cash back but from 2 months they are not showing any history in there website. I raised so many issues, mails, chatting, etc.. but no use. I wrote mail to the manager but she didn't reply to my mail.
I have sent the screenshots after seeing those manager and customer care people not replying, because they came to know I am correct....

Cheating by pennyful by non paying the cash back dues even after 6 months

Pennyful has not paid my due amount of more than 1100 rupees that I have accumulated by way of purchases after 6 months. This cash back companies with the likes of www.pennyful.in or www.cazbak.in are real cheats. Even cashback didn't paid me a single penny.
I feel this is only a waste of energy for purchases through these websites.
I request the consumer complaint team to look into the matter and cover...
