I bought Asus K555LB-DM500D order no. [protected] on 20th Jan 2016 from paytm via penniful.in. They haven't mentioned any cashback since then. I reported missing cashback several times yet there is no cashback acknowledged. This is not acceptable. I request necessary measures to be taken at the earliest. Feb 25, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The company has contacted me Now that cashback has been mentioned in my account, instead of 6.75% its only 3.35%. I had compared deals on cashback websites and 6.75% being the best I bought via pennyful. This is my first purchase and this cheating is dissappointing. I request that the matter is seen through. | |||||
