Recently I have taken a Tataindicom prepaid sim card for internet. Inspite of submitting all the documents and getting a confirmation from them that my application is complete in all respects, they have suspended by service without informing. When I went to the office to inquire about the same, they said they have lost my application that that I need to submit the documents again. Upon asking them to locate my application they are clueless....
