Phoolwala allowed me to place an order for same day delivery of flowers for a family members funeral. Once i paid they immediately called me and said they can’t deliver it, i asked for a refund and they hung up. Since then i’ve been following up with them constantly on phone and email and they are not even replying to me to give a refund or to deliver....

Hi, We have hosted website http://www.phoolwala.com on http://hosting.b4uindia.com last three months back. This is on their Indian server. Since last three months our site has faced lot of problems and 4-5 times site have been down for very long time duration ( 24 hrs). We called on their customer support number but they do not pick the call. They do not provide any support on Sundays and holidays. They tells very smartly to send mails and...
