delay to delivery by warranty issue

Dear Sir,

Iam rajaseharan residing at kodambakkam. I have bought Pigeon Induction cooker on 24.10.2010, after one and half month it got failed by cooling fan.Then I went on 07.12.2010 nearby service station:G.K Electronic 6/33 west sivan koil street, arcot road, vadapalani.chennai 600026.Ph.23650542.
They told they would replace the cooling fan in warranty.and asked me to wait for 3 days.I often visited...

Dear sir,
I brought RAPIDO model pigeon induction cooker from metro metals 19. madipakkam main road madipakkam chennai -91 onj 24.1.2011 and i took it to amini lakshdweeep island for my cooking .I hardly used for five days only from 1.2.2011 to 5.2.2011 after that it was not getting heated up while on
i soly depend only on this i dont know waht to do with that induction cooker there is i no service centre in lakshdweep ....

induction cooker burnt within 1 month of purchase

We bought this PIGEON INDUCTION COOKER (RAPIDO) in SARAVANA STORES - chennai on 9-12-09...but we are filing this complaint on[protected]...so u can feel tht how bad we are feelin to say this...we rarely used this stove because we have gas stove too...when we kept rice cooker suddenly smoke came out and the stove was burning...we surely know that they wont mind abt customers complaints in these stores...dont know how to take measures....waiting...
