i have bought two months back piegon induction stove from saravana stores. stove now repaired service centre also very worst. i gave stove in service centre last saturday still he didnot repair. he told after service i will call you my complaint number 2705 dated 28.08.10 venue G.K.electronics, 6/33, west sivan koil street, arcot road, Vadapalani, chennai-26 when you give to feed back to me ? really fedup your products MY induction Stove date of purchase 13.06.10 Model Rapido plus Sl.No H[protected]

we bought on before 2 yrs. here there s no complients. but now we had some problem. which i want how to contact u. shall we wants bring my problems with u.
the problem was in this cooker the link s cut while we system were switch on.

I have bought a Pigeon Induction cooker hot plate in may 2011, it stopped working in november 2011, it is within guarantee period. I am trying to get it repaired from the service centre in Pune, But firstly, the shopkeeper is not co-operative to send it to the service centre and the service centre people are not taking it from him,
How long is this going to happen.Pigeon manufacturers have made faulty machine and a even worse after sales and service
People should stop using their products, It sucks...

I have bought piegon induction stove from subha store at padi. cooker is taking long time to heat.I have given to service, service very worst. I called subha store people and getting replay is very worst.

Please dont buy pigeon inductino stove. its wast of our money. the product and service are very worst. why are they wasing customer money and time?

Yes, pigeon services in Pune service centre has been stopped because they have not paid the service centre, hence my stove is unrepaired and dealer has no idea what to do?HORRIBLE service

I bought a Pigeon gas stove - blackline from Girias store, Indiranagar, Bangalore. Within the first week the knobs cracked and so we could not switch the gas on or off. This also made it very dangerous, but despite my calls, Girias was totally unmoved. it took more than a month to get the knobs changed - and when i insisted that these were poor quality - it was brushed aside as a fluke 'bad peice'. However within a couple of months the knobs have cracked again!!!, I have filed a complaint with the pigeon office in jayanagar. They took 3 days to send a technician (after many calls) and he arrived without any replacement and told me the replacement knobs were not available. When i insisted that these were anyway poor quality he told me that only this model is faulty!!! when i ask for a replacement they tell me to get it from Girias. Girias of course wants to do nothing with this. This is the worst quality appliance i have bought with an even poorer service levels!! All this when i bought it from a prestigious store like Girias and expected some level of quality given their name and fame!!!
