I have cancelled booking from pilot honda byculla due to delay in bike delivery.
I have paid 1000 advance and applied for refund on 1st August 2022 but i have not yet received my refund even after 10 days....

During my first service i have issued a complained about a problem in my activa 5g they said its starting problem i said fix it they just did fixed for a temporary base it started again in 1 day the activa started vibrating again due...

During my first service i have issued a complained about a problem in my activa 5g they said its clutch problem i said fix it they just did fixed for a temporary base it started again in 1 week the activa started vibrating again due to which the body parts were making a noise and i thnk some of them are getting loose kk i have done 4 services and in all services. I have mention this problem but the problem is not solved permanently i went...

Bike given for the service on 14th feb 2019 evening assurance given it will receive on 15th feb 2019. But on 15th manager inform bike will received on 6pm that is also 6pm. I demanded washing or 150 rs washing charges refund or free delivery after washing on 16th feb.

Washing motor not working is not our fault, in this case service shop should close off or service of washing given later with free pickup and drop but service...

I had given my activa for servicing at the pilot honda service centre in chembur mumbai. It's not even been a year that i bought the bike from the company and post my servicing my bike started giving me issues. When i went to be service centre to get it checked they said i'll have to leave the scooty and they will later let me know the issue and charges. I had already paid a heavy amount for servicing and still my scooty is giving me issues....

I booked my activa 11 months ago with amtof rs 5000/- and they told me pay full amt on1st feb So that u will Gort ur activa on1st march
As per there confirmation we paid then they inform us you will get activa on7th marchthen they are giving fllowings dates: [protected]-[protected] ,[protected]. Pls check....
