Poor service and misuse of consumer product

They took our LG wachine machine for repair. Its been months to repairs. They not even repsonding properly or ready to pick our call. And using bad words for reply back. I am very much unhappy and hurted alot from their poor service and customer service....

I called Pooja Electronics on 5th Feb 2014 asking to do a service on my Whirpool washing machine since it took 2.5 hours running time. Next day (6 Feb 2014), Mr. Shakthi Vel from Pooja electronics attended the issue and advised to pay Rs. 2000 for replacing the inlet valve specifying that the water flow would be increased and running time would be 47 mins. Mr. Nirmal then came and replaced a new inlet value. But even after replacement there...
