I had come to pop tates for dinner with my family, the staff were not welcoming at all, the staff was under the influence of alcohol. Bad food with bad taste at poptates sakinaka. Very less quantity....

I visited Poptates 7 bungalows outlet last night.. and it was such a pathetic experience.. the employees are just lying about the low price products not available and increasing their sales by selling premium brands.. the Manager was also dumb character.. she doesn't even what is happening in the outlet and covering up for her employees which means she is also cheating with the customers.....

I visited pop tates restraunt branch in kandivli east growel mall where i was chrged for an packaged drinking water more than the mrp price... I argued with the manager but he said do wat u want and threatened to call security for the same... After long delay he was trying to snatch away the bill from my hands and tel me you can deduct the excess amount and leave......

Menu has no mention for veg and non veg items in desserts. Also if you complain about it no one is ready to answer you. Non veg desserts are being served as veg and I was not informed about it either.I had ordered sizziling brownie and there is no mention that it contains egg and after i had it i was being informed that it contains Egg and still after complaining about it no one is ready to answer. A humble request to take serious action...
