I had booked 1179 sqft flat on Dec 2011 (Unit No. 305, Tower 7B) in Prajay Megapolis (Hitec City, Hyderabad) in Dec 2011. They had promised that they are going to build the project in 3 years flat. Bought a 2.5 BHK off the plan property . And this was not scheduled to start as said. And when requested for cancellation - after lot of drama and pain - they have posted dated checks . It was about 10 months - 1 year posted cheques. And after waiting so long and deposited the cheque - it was bounced. DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS. They are pain.
