Bought a 2.5 BHK off the plan property . And this was not scheduled to start as said.
And when requested for cancellation - after lot of drama and pain - they have posted dated checks .
It was about 10 months - 1 year posted cheques.
And after waiting so long and deposited the cheque - it was bounced.
DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS. They are pain.

I am Anish. And I had also booked 1179 sqft flat on Dec 2011 (Unit No. 305, Tower 7B). They have cancelled the project and are offering a post dated cheque of 9 months. They are also not giving any interest.
