We have cancel the booking long before but since last so many mon maths he not returning our money back.
he has issued us so many cash / A/c payee cheque but still there is no any clearance.
He is just making false promise that he will pay, he will pay but no any efforts seen by him.
Kindly look into this matter and help us to get back us our hard money....

Hi All,
I have booked 1BHK flat in upcoming project called ***NIDAN EMPIRE***** but i have doubt about the builders and there work, i don't see any completed project from the builders, please let me know if you people have any good/Bad experience about the builder.
Also, please let us know if you have seen their any completed projects.
