Even I am facing the same problem. I have booked a flat in Dreams tower 14 storey apartment. But they are not able to complete their project due to some financial problem. Lets meet and file an FIR against Prathvi builder.

There are around 80 customers like you all and me, they have cheated us, no work started or near completion, same issue with Dream Tower, Dream Nirman, Nidan Empire customers, they all 4 partners now have their own offices in Vasai, Naigaon & Virar, they are doing their own businesses and we all are struggling for our own house, many o[censored]s dont know their working mobile numbers, but I investigated and found their numbers and offices mentioning below,

Even I have same problem with Tanmay builders. Chandrakant Patel. They have allocated 1 flat to me in dream tower. I have allocation letter also but yesterday when I visited to their office I found office was not there and when I visited to the site there were some people sitting. They said the flat which was allocated to me is already registered under any other person's name. I tried but their all contact nos are Sw off and out of service. Please add me also in your group.

all, even i also come to know yesterday, that i was gone cheated.did any body got any responce from police sation / media.
Below information is also got from net.
I have booked a 1BHK flat in millaniare tower 14 storey building (Nalasopara west) from Prathvi builders and Developers in 2012. In 2014 the progress of 14 storey building was not observed while investigating we found that they have cheated more than 400 customers. They are just a real estate agent. Actual project belongs to some other Constructions. The actual owner name is Mr Chand, who is also involved in this fraud. One Flat was sold to many customers. Now all the 4 partners are running their separate office. Partner 1. Chandrakant Patel has a separate office in Nalasopara West, in the name of Tanmay Builder his office is in front of the Fun fiesta mall. Partner 2. Munna Sharma has its separate office in Naigaon now, on the name of Pragati Builders and Developers. Partner 3. Pawan Tiwari has a separate office in Vasai East, on the name of Kritika Builders. All of them have continued this fraud and now cheating on customers with their new project.

Am also one of the victim of Prithvi builders. I have booked 1bhk in Dreams tower in nallasopara (w) am already paid around 9 lakh. Last time when i visited the site some other builder developing the project even i asked neighboring buildings about Prithvi Builders, nobody knows the builder. After investigating i got the news that One Mr. Chand is developing ABC wings and DEF developing by another builder. After i contact one Mr, Sebi ( he knows as cheif accountant in prithvi Builder) he says need not worry. But i felt fishy thats why i stopped the payment last year onwards. Now am ready scare to read all the articles in this foram. Guys you ppl already filed Police complaint? which station boundary? please let me know. This is my hard earn money like you pple. Do let know if any progress?

Hello everyone, after reading all these i m so scared because i have booked a 551 sqft flat in Aastha sahavas, near veena dynasty vasai east through kritika builders and developers, also i have paid them booking amount of 50000 and 100000 of downpayment, please help me i think i have done a big mistake

HIi i am shivaji giri we are 50 perople not getting flats or refund from PrathvI Builders. now case also registered against them but there is no strict action from court for recovering money so we should go to Palghar or Mantralaya or CM residence for protest. person who have bounce cheque should go for 138.
