I had taken a package from preventive health plus india on 14th june 2017 and had paid 10500 to mohit (Field executive) ref application no 001211, however till date i have not received any update, all the contact nos mentioned on the site and the one from where i had got a call is not reachable. I have also send them mails however there is no revert. Please find below the address...
