i have applied for my passport by online at passport seva kendra,alleppy and the clearence was on 16/03/2012 .that time itself i had attatched my degree certificate to prove where i had for last one year.but some officers in the passport seva kendra itself tear off those degree certificates,and instruct me that no need for that degree certificate.
