PSK — passport delay

i have applied for my passport by online at passport seva kendra,alleppy and the clearence was on 16/03/2012 .that time itself i had attatched my degree certificate to prove where i had for last one year.but some officers in the passport seva kendra itself tear off those degree certificates,and instruct me that no need for that degree certificate.

during the time of police clearence also i had mentioned this matter and submitted degree certificate .till 2 months i didn't get any replay.then i made a complaint at ernakulam passport office.and given a letter regarding the delay.they told me that,they need enquiry at bangalore were i had finished my degree.i had been waiting since 16/03/12.

i am urgent in need of passport to write me IELTS exam,i hope yuo will take appropriate action to issue my passport as far as possible.
