I was persuaded to join QNET through misleading information provided by my upline. I was promised weekly earnings, business opportunities, and assured that my money would be 100% refundable if I was not satisfied. I recently joined this business through a referral. However, the referrer did not fully explain the nature of the business to me. Only now I have understood the real business model, and I am not interested in this type of business.

The referral introduced this as an E-commerce business and asked me to invest ₹3, 30, 000, without informing me that it is actually a network marketing model.

I was induced to make this payment based on improper and misleading information provided by my referrer and his team. The actual nature of the business model, the process involved, and the utilization of my deposited money were not disclosed to me before my registration. I'm writing to formally lodge a complaint against QNet regarding a denied refund request for a product I purchased on 4th April 2025 (Reference ID: CE066910).
QNet has rejected my refund request on the grounds that:
1. It was submitted after the 7-day grace period.
2. It was made from an "unregistered" email.
