I order for pink suit gown-244 product available on their website (Queendesignstudio.com) of inr-800/- but they delivered me a completey different product of very cheap quality not a bit similarities among product i ordered and what i got from them. And now they are not answering for my emails. There is no address on their website and no phone numbers.
My order id is que16362.
Please help me out for this issue....

The organisation is fraudulent
I have ordered a dress in the shade baby pink and instead received an old sari cloth
Order number was 21725
The company does not have any contact information on the website
Please do block the website so no other person gets trapped in such fraud
Also please revert back as soon as possible

I orderd two kurtis and suits from queendesign studio they send totally old produts saree instad of my order about 2800 rs and thy cheated with me and others also i hereby request u to solve this complaint and stop fraud like this dont know why people do scam like this you have to take hard action aganinst them and make people tension free

I ordered 3 gowns from this Website and received 3 old smelly sarees. I think this happened to others as well. All.of sudden the add started appearing in my Instagram and Facebook account.
