If we have a option to recharge then why should we pay more money extra to the service boys...

We installed broadband on 28th August, 2020. First 10 days it worked well, after that started noticing low speed in internet. I took a connection of Railwire broadband for which i was charged Rs. 4000 for FTTH server plus Rs. 2000 for wire plus Rs. 1500 for monthly plan in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Local LCO Distributor is Vijay Singh ([protected])
