Horrible Bus Service
Seeing the nice promos, I got attracted to Volvo bus service of Raj Express for traveling from Mumbai to Indore to celebrate Diwali with my parents.

poor service, rudeness by staff
I travelled through Raj National Express on 25th october and on 29th october, from Ahmedabad to jaipur and return. I booked myself on Raj thinking I would get the best service and I paid good price for it. Unfortunately, i am completely disillusioned. The poor condition of the bus, the fact that the bus did not have proper lights in it and overall bad and dirty environment in the buss made the journey very uncomfortable. The crew in the bus...
